Attendees - Refunds are not available for conference registration fees; however, an attendee may nominate someone to attend the conference in his place.  Please send an e-mail with the substitute's name and contact information to Mr. Chad Padgett, Conference Registration Chair, at [email protected].  The substitute will need to register his attendance at the on-site registration table at the conference.

Lead Speakers - Refunds are not available for speakers.  Substitutions will be considered on an individual basis.  Please contact Ms. Dee Crescitelli, Conference Chair, at [email protected] for additional information on substitutions.

Vendors and Exhibitors - Refunds are not available for vendors and exhibitors.
