KCTM Conference 2014 - Vendor/Exhibitor Registration

Early Registration - To qualify for the early registration fee of $350 per table, full payment must be received by October 4, 2014.  After this date, the regular registration fee is $450 per table.  The fee is waived for non-profit vendors and exhibitors.  Only early registrants will be listed in the conference program book.

Registration Fee and Payment Instructions - When registering, vendors and exhibitors will have the option to pay the fee and for any tickets to the KCTM Awards Banquet online with a credit card or manually.  Vendors and exhibitors who do not pay with a credit card will receive an e-mail with instructions for manual payments; please note that purchase orders will not be accepted.  The e-mail with the registration information will serve as an invoice; no other invoice will be provided.  KCTM's Taxpayer Identification Number is 23-7041465.

Setup and Display - Exhibit material may be shipped early to the conference site at the following address.

Vendors and exhibitors may set up their displays from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2014, or from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2014.  Exhibits should remain open for conference attendees from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.

KCTM Awards Banquet - This year's banquet will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014, at the Hampton Inn Winchester.  A social hour will begin at 6:30 p.m., and dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.  Tickets for the banquet may be ordered on the registration form for $25 per ticket.

Other Participation Opportunities - KCTM appreciates the generous support of vendors and exhibitors in making the annual conference successful.  In the past, vendors and exhibitors have donated door prizes to be given away at the end of the conference and have donated table favors for the KCTM Awards Banquet.  For additional information about other participation opportunities, please contact Ms. Gloria Beswick, Vendor Chair, at [email protected].
